Credit Report Dispute Services

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), consumers have the right to a credit report that is accurate, fair, and complete. As part of my services, I assist clients in exercising these rights by reviewing their credit reports and identifying items that may be inaccurate, outdated, unverifiable, or misreported.

I utilize legally compliant dispute strategies to challenge and seek correction or removal of certain negative items, which may include:

  • Charge-offs (C/O)

  • Collections

  • Late Payments

  • Closed Accounts

  • Expired (obsolete) Accounts

  • Bankruptcies

  • Evictions

Each dispute is tailored to the specifics of the credit report and the applicable legal standards. All actions are conducted in accordance with the rights provided under the FCRA and relevant consumer protection laws.

Please note: I do not guarantee the removal of any specific item or outcome. Credit repair involves a legally defined process of disputing inaccurate or unverifiable information with the appropriate credit bureaus and furnishers.

Credit Report Access and Review

As part of my credit report review and analysis services, I may obtain your credit reports from the three major credit reporting agencies:

  • TransUnion

  • Equifax

  • Experian

In addition to these primary bureaus, I may also access reports from LexisNexis and up to two additional secondary consumer reporting agencies of your choice, based on your specific needs or concerns. A list of the secondary consumer reporting agencies will be provided.

Access to these reports is conducted only with your informed, written authorization, and in full compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The purpose of obtaining these reports is to identify potentially inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information and assist you in understanding your credit profile.

Please note: I do not guarantee removal of any specific item from your credit reports. My services are focused on education, awareness, and legally permissible dispute strategies under FCRA.

Disclaimer: Not a Credit Repair Organization

I am not a credit repair organization as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq. I do not offer or promise to remove accurate, verifiable information from consumer credit reports, nor do I accept advance payment for such services.

Any assistance provided in reviewing or disputing credit report information is offered solely for educational and informational purposes or as part of broader financial and tax-related services. All actions are conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and clients are encouraged to exercise their rights directly with credit reporting agencies and furnishers when applicable.

Nothing in my services should be interpreted as legal advice or a guarantee of specific outcomes related to credit scores or credit report contents.
